After one year, there are numerous failures with regard to how the gutters were installed. The product is also extremely expensive.
There were items listed on my contract that were not installed. The clean-up was very bad-nails and screws were left in my drive along with other debris.
The work paid in full for has still not been completed!!! We have called the Gmail Tim spring and still have not heard back from him!! For the price we paid work was not completed , old straps were left on the house. First workers on the scene were poorly prepared and did not communicate changes the made including removing house decorations, putting then elsewhere, leaving holes in the siding and changing where gutters were placed without checking with us. Hard sell. Product looks great but service and contact after sell is awful. The “Famliy”’promise is a farce.
Workmanship was shoddy and looks like the installers were in a big hurry to finish
Had many problems with communication.
a few days after instal, we had an icey snow/rain/sleet event overnight. As the iced roof thawed during the day, water went over the iced gutters, and was dripping down to the ground everywhere in front of the house. You salesperson told us icecles can just be knocked off if you do not like the look of them, she said it is not necessary to knock them off. She NEVER mentioned ice affecting performance. I still have an issue that has not been corrected. I am very dissatisfied with my gutters!
