I still have an issue that has not been corrected. I am very dissatisfied with my gutters!
the installers said I may have to calk under the shingles because they lifted the shingles for installation. as it turns out, I have a leak and don't know why. I called, but no one has returned my call from 1-6-19. it would be nice to have someone check this out
this is not a good product for northern NY, in the winter when snow is thawing it slides over the helmet and drips, then at night freezes forming icicles plus whatever surface is underneath them freezes and creates a walking hazard.
I like the gutters they work good. We had a problem with the foreman.
Salesman did not measure correctly, so delivery person had to return with more material and also the installers.
I like my product but I am not going to recommend them to anybody. The staff person did not tell me everything. She glossed over everything and I did not recognize it.
I have had the leafguard system of gutters installed this past fall. When it rains I stll have multiple leaks at various places and during the winter that will be brought to their attention.
1st time installation proved faulty because of drip edge failure... water from roof flowing behind gutters- not good.
