False advertising at its best My wife called and told them i had a broken wisdom tooth and needed an oral surgeon to cut it out they said 85 to look at it and 280 to extract it however they have a sign above their building that says new patients full exam and xrays for 39 dollars not 85 when i asked them why i dont get that price they started to get rude and tried to rush me in before my appointment 30 minutes early probably so they can send me a bill for 85 tell me how a wisdom tooth x ray is not included in a full exam not... read more

5 star for Leed Dental, 0 stars for insuranceery nice place, but The staff was very friendly, professional, and the facility is quite nice as well. I went in for a consult for a dental implant I will need. They took an xray, and they provided a detailed quote. When i arrived home and got my mail, there was a redplum mailer in my mailbox, with a coupon from Lee Dental, for $1000.00 off of an implant. I was so excited! Dr. Paul Initially I had been assigned a dentist that, upon meeting me was distant, cold and uncaring. Seemingly rushed he abruptly said "I don't do difficult cases like this!" Then he abruptly left. I was asked to wait and Dr. Paul would see me. I'm glad I waited. He seemed unhurried and listened to me. He gave the impression that he cared. After a brief and unpleasant experience Dr. Paul more than made up for it.
Not very personable I had been a patient years ago. I had a dental emergency and was unable to find an immediate appointment elsewhere, which brought me back to Lee Dental Care. The lobby and building makeover is nice. Jordan one of the assistants were great. I felt like I was a victim to bait and switch. I shopped around for teeth cleaning. Aspen was less but since I had been to you guys before, I decided to use your service for 95 dollars. My wife and I both went. She had a different service as they did not check the depth of her gum line. My mouth was checked for that and an area had a couple fives. Smoke and Mirrors The receptionist are unprofessional and inappropriate. The process is uncomfortable and cumbersome. The doctor and dental assistant were lacking in knowledge and courteousness. A complete waste of my time. I hope they are happy my insurance company paid for them to do next to nothing. If I operated in my line of work like this organization does I would be unemployed.
Fake review I was the frustrated customer who posted a couple days ago about my visit there. It's just amusing seeing this place try to rebuttal my review with a fake review from "David S.". The only reason I know it's fake it because I know for a fact that you can't do your initial assessment appointment and get your first side of your deep cleaning done on the same day. Frustration This was my first time coming here and I found myself leaving very frustrated. When I talked to the lady on the phone she said she would look at my insurance and see which cleaning I qualified for and schedule me for that.
