my visit was terrible and i was not happy with the way i was treated and was a complete waste of my time. the secretary Evelyn is great and understands what i was dealing with on this day, i am still debating weather to come back on April 4th.

Terrible When I made an appointment I told the information about my insurance that I have a dental insurance but got there for my appointment I was told that they didn't except my insurance after they got me started ex-Ray and all. Staff were friendly in the back but front desk staff are not friendly & not professional did know what they are doing. And I quess the Dr. Or Dentist there did seem to know what he doing either. Very Disappointed When I made the apt, I stated I had MetLife Dental & that it was a new policy. I drove over an hr to get to my apt. Before any work was done they asked about my insurance and I stated I had a new policy with MetLife. After a few minutes I was informed that my policy was cancelled 12/15. I replied that It was my old policy and I have a new one. I provided a policy number and a phone number for MetLife. Was told only the one policy with MetLife shows and it was cancelled. Procedure Amazing, Horrible After Care During my tooth extraction the dentist was amazing and so was the assistant. I felt comfortable. However, the day after the procedure I was having horrible pain and the Motrin they gave me wasn't helping. I called the office and never heard anything back. I basically lived in pain the entire day even though I called back and still heard nothing. Last week I was told a root canal and crown would save my tooth....today I get the root canal and I was told it may not work and it may have to be pulled. So I now have a root canal bill and a possible extraction bill coming on as well. Not very happy about that, considering we live paycheck to paycheck and this is expensive for me. Having said that, the service provided was superb and I didn't feel a thing!

Total Ripoff, bait and switch with their coupons I made an appointment to have my teeth cleaned, the 4 x-rays and Dr. Exam based on a coupon I saw in the paper. I told them I also needed to have a crown re-cemented and wanted it done at the same time. They asked if I had insurance and I told them I had a brand new policy that I didn't think covered anything yet, hence my using the coupon. 2 stars The people there was friendly and courteous. I only gave them 2 stars because I think they were not very honest with me on the procedure. They said $149 for a regular extraction and $215 for surgery. They said that I needed the surgery @ $215 but there was NO surgery done it was just a regular extraction and they still charged me for the $215. (confused) I know surgery requires cutting the tooth or gum. There was no cutting at all. I paid attention to everything they did. I told them that I had no insurance so everyt... read more

Great Cleaning I was expecting a deep cleaning would be painful, but it went quite well. I didn't think my teeth would ever be this clean again as they are pretty old. Price was high however and I'm hoping my insurance will cover most of it.
