Terrible communication Explicitly explained to person taking appointment that I had a bad tooth in need of repair.I requested Cleaning and Repair. Got to the office they said they're only doing a full mouth exam. Infuriating! Obviously this is their best way of collecting insurance money. Not understanding why people can't communicate properly. Poor business practice will never go back, find another dentist

Waited forever I waited 40 minutes to get back to my chair. Which would have been fine if someone had told me ahead of time they were running behind, but no such luck. I understand the construction, I really do. But tell me you're running behind schedule. Tell me, in one of the 3 ways you contacted me before my appointment there might be a delay. Not sure what to think. I signed up for their smile program but felt uneasy the way they were pushing it. After signing up I told them I might get another policy that would pay 50% and they seemed to be taken aback by that. Just their reaction. One should check out their smile program before signing up. Wish I had. Don't belief they have the patients best interest in mind. That's just my impression.

Time allocated to treat patient I unfortunatelly felt I was hurried during a dental treatment. The hygienist worked on my perception, too fast.....she needed to redo a procedure after telling me she was done. Another staff was hurrying the hygienist and such staff walked into the station while I was still there. It appeared as she was cleaning the station for the next patient......anyway I am not going back there!!!

Terrible hygienist I had a hygienist that did not care what pain she put you in. I had to ask her to stop. She then turned down the force of the water an the rest of the cleaning was okay. When I left I had them at the front desk to schedule my next cleaning with someone else. I would not recommend Nicole as a hygienist to anyone! N

Cleaning I enjoy everyone at Lee Dental, they are so professional and friendly. I was not happy that I tried to schedule a Lunch and Learn and had 45 people signed up only to have Lee Dental cancel. We had talked about this for 3 months. Other than this experience, I am very happy with everyone there.

Communication problems I like my dentist and the staff while in the office is very kind. Yet during phone calls there are often communications problems. Email has not worked well for me either. I am in hopes that as I learn them and they learn me the problems will fade!

The staff were the most unfriendly people I have ever been around in any businesd. The dentist was uncaring and unfriendly. Like he was too busy to take the time to show any concern. Took the time to go in for a regular cleaning and to fix a sharp place on a crown. The dentist hit the sharp spot with a drill and no cleaning. Very unorganized. Won't go back.
