Friendly staff, but a little disorganized Good value for the money. However, wait times are long and you often feel as if they forgot you about were waiting. Also, I have smiles discount program, but someone always has to readjust my balance because they didn't check first or forgot I had it. Quoted prices often come out wrong at billing.
Great service!! Like many others, I'm a nervous patient, but the staff & doctor was very understanding. They made me feel comfortable & the experience was painless.
Staff are very caring and cosiderate. I do not like visits to the dentist. Sometimes is necessary . Especially shots. I get extremely nervous . Thank you Ron and Paul.

Exceptional Service The entire staff worked together as a team of one, with each of them focused on the patient in a professional and very caring manner as they performed their work. I found the doctor to be very honest and very clear in expressing to me all the options. And, by the way, the front reception area is absolutely beautiful, giving me a strong sense of relaxation.

My office visit with my daughter was very professional. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. I like that a procedure is not done if it is not explained. You always know the price or insurance coverage. I always have Saturday appointment and never a waiting period.

A pleasant experience from beginning to end! Receptionists were relaxed, yet professional and my dental hygienist, Rebecca, did an excellent job! Everyone was up to speed on my particular case, like they had "done their homework"! Reception area and dental office is clean, modern, and bright! I would highly recommend Lee Dental!
