Staff always professional and friendly Since my very first appointment with Lee Dental Group, I have always been delighted with the competency and professionalism of all staff encountered. I have never had to wait long in the waiting area, which is a very pleasant area! Dr. Espinosa is remarkably friendly and very thorough with exams. My husband also commented that he also has never had such a thorough exam of our whole mouth, not just our teeth!
This Office staff has the best customer service in Ft Myers, they remember your name when you walk in for f/up visit, always greet you with a smile, very polite, friendly! prompt service. Dr. Paul is the kindest Dentist I know in SW Florida! very gentle, very kind, very caring, and most of very knowledgeable. I really appreciate the experience I had with this office . I do STRONGLY Recommend this office to anyone who's looking for a dentist...Dr. Paul and his office staff is the best!
High Quality of Service & Friendly Staff Let's be honest, no one ever says I can't wait to go to the doctors; however going to Lee Dental makes the process a lot easier to handle. Great caring staff helping to put you at ease followed with doctor's actually taking the time to explain and work with you on your visit. Can't say thank you enough from us but I can definitely tell others is your looking for the BEST practiced in town!
The customer service Today was my first day there after switching dentist. I don't have dental insurance yet and they broke everything down to work around my budget. They were Very friendly up front at the desk and the assistants were very helpful and explained everything throughly. I was in and out very fast!
Fast, affordable urgent appointment for a new patient I called on Monday, 1/16, a holiday for many businesses. I'd broken a front tooth & had just started a new job today. I called & Evelyn said if I could come to the office immediately, they could work me in. Filled out new patient paperwork, did X-ray of busted tooth, full X-ray of jaw, saw tech then Dr Kane. I am new to the area, and I found them online! I checked out their website, and I decided to go with them! I went through all of the new patient exams, and was told I needed a two session deep clean! I got the first side done the first day! The second side of my mouth is now done, and my teeth look great! They were very professional, and answered all of my questions well! I would recommend them!
