I felt cared for. I had severe tooth pain and had to find a dentist quickly, who would see me that day. After calling a few places, Lee Dental was the only one who would fit me in. The young woman at the front desk greeted me with a big smile. There was a fair amount of patients in the waiting room and a couple of them told me that it was a good dental office. So caring and professional I went there with a massive tooth infection without an appointment. I am petrified of going to the dentist and came in in tears. The staff saw my condition and treated me with empathy and care. The doctor did a great job of calming me down and getting me help immediately. He explained the options to me and made me feel included in the decision and I left feeling confident that they had my best interest at heart. Excellent! Dr Espinosa is great, I like him very much as my new Dentist, Madeline cleaned my teeth today and I was very comfortable with her. I have my next cleaning appointment in March and I am looking forward to it.
Liked the hygienists I've been to Lee twice for teeth cleaning. Both times was not kept waiting and liked the work and interaction with hygienists and other office personnel. On a down side, I opted for a fluoride treatment which made me very sick for the rest of the day. I read online this can be a common reaction. The hygienist told me the same thing but AFTER the treatment. As a suggestion, may be a good idea to advise up front of possible side effects. Had I known, I'm sure I would have declined.
