My experince has been very good. We have been using them for 30 years. It is a 24/7 service and they are always prompt. Their prices are very fair.

They are pretty good. They deliver the oil on time. Theyhave reasonable rates.

They do a very good job. They do not fix things that do not need fixing. It is usually pretty easy to get an appointment but most recently it took about 2 months to get an appointment. They are not the cheapest.

They did a wonderful and professional job. Everything was good. They improved my energy consumption.
Removal and site prepwork was done very quickly. Leffler had made it clear ahead of time that we might not have heast or hot water after the first day of installation. This was agreed upon by us, so it wasn't an issue. <br /> The system installation was completed the second day, and we were instructed on how to use the new thermostats, since some of the programmable units can be very confusing. The Honeywell focusPRO series are very user friendly. <br />
They come out and fill my heater with oil when it gets low. They do a good job.
Their oil prices are far from reasonable, for example - every years when it comes around renewal time, they will persistently call you to speak about the prices.
