They seem to know when I need a re-fill. I am glad I have a monthly plan set up with them so I dont have a big huge bill I am stuck with me.
We have been thrilled with them. They are very good to work with. They answer the phone right away. They take care of my problems no matter what the weather is. I am a very pleased customer.
We switched to gas which made them obsolete. I liked when they called me they were both disappointed but gracious with the switch over. WhenI was using them, they gavea great service.
I have been using them for 40 years now. They are punctual for the appointments. I have never had any problems with them. They work with my furnace even though it is in a difficult position.
Wehad beenusingfor about 15 years. We are very pleased with them. We only experienced one bump in the road ever. We transfered to natural gas.
We never run out of oil and they know when to come out. They are always professional.
