Verified Renter All good except the fire alarms. Also, I really don't know why we pay over $50 (valet plus city fees) for trash collection every month, it's absurd. Other than that it has been very comfortable. Parking does become a pain later in the night though.
Verified Renter I love living here so far. The staff is nice, the neighborhood is great, and my neighbors are quiet/respectful. The elevator breaks down a lot and the maintenance addresses problems with a "band aid" approach. But other than that, I'm very happy with this community!
Verified Renter So far I like my building and the layout of the apartment as well as it’s location to everything. I wish residents would please be more respectful by cleaning up their trash as well as their dogs poop on the runs and side walks. The parking is a bit expensive to secure a spot. I live in an area with normally decent parking but I got home a bit later than normal and had to park on the top floor of the parking garage. Verified Renter The move in process was very painful. When the house was handed over, it wasn't cleaned . The garage on my floor stinks like a dump yard. The parking structure around the trash chute is very dirty.
