Verified Renter Maintenance is slow, it can be improved. Gym equipments are quite old and some are even wear out. Lease office staff and manager is quite friendly and helpful.

Verified Renter I’ve been living here since November ‘23. So far it’s not bad. I struggle with having neighbors that stay up until early in the mornings and sit on their balcony right outside my window playing and yelling along to their music or allowing their dog to bark and then encouraging the dog to continue barking at people walking by. Verified Renter This apartment community has cool vibe . It is surrounded with plethora of restaurants to dine in. Also had many shops to visit. The apartment community has good amenities but currently most are under renovations so waiting for them to open up. Over all good experience.
