Verified Renter Good area, neighbors are friendly, maintenance is good. Management does not respond to emails, have to go up to the office. Dog poop everywhere, no one picks up after their dog Elevator is always broken, it's been 3-4 months

Verified Renter Nice place, the leasing agents are effective. But there are some things in my building that don't work, elevator, the doors are always unlocked. But overall is a good place.

Verified Renter Absolutely love the area. Walking distance from great bars and restaurants! I’m in the new model and really like it. Front desk staff is friendly and responsive. Really nice tenants, I never have issues with noise or anything. The common areas seem to be cleaned regularly although not always kept up maintenance wise. Each tenant is only allowed one guest car to register… frustrating on the occasion when you have multiple people over and you just have to hope no one gets towed.
