Verified Renter Its great living here except for the parking, I love the events each month. Everyone I met or talk to is nice and friendly. The one washer in the laundry room is always broken. Been like that for months, it leaves clothes soaked.

Please Take A Moment to Read I've lived here for a little over a year and I don't think I could say enough positive things about this place. Based on location, being within walking distance to Shops at Legacy and less than a half mile drive to Legacy West as well as a short drive to Addison, Frisco, Dallas, etc. rent prices are incredibly reasonable. 5 great years! Since moving from OK, Legacy North has been our home for the past 4-5 years. We lived in the 'Femi' building on Legacy Circle 2013-18 and throughout the years have witnessed a number of changes from personnel to ownership. Throughout, the office staff has always been helpful and responsive (Thanks Shelby). The current renovations or updating of our entire building is forcing us to move, but it's time. We enjoyed our time and thanks for all the great memories!
Impressive Service I've lived here for several years now. I have to say recently the service and amenities have drastically improved. If you need something call Nina or Shelby. They always take care of you. Loving the new fitness center too! Although I wish pet owners would pick up after their freaking dogs, I did finally see someone picking up poop today.
