Verified Renter Location and hard floors are great. Unfortunately there is a serious problem with dog poop throughout the community and even pee in the hallways. Not sure what the solution there is. Also, trying to do anything at the office requires about the same amount of time as a DMV visit. I've signed in and left after an hour or more of waiting on more than one occasion - perhaps more employees wouldn't hurt.

Verified Renter My leasing agent Agelica is the best. She's professional and knowledgeable which is how I found the perfect place. The finishes in my apartment are spectacular- stained concrete and gorgeous marble design counter tops. The gym equipment was recently upgraded which is a huge bonus. If you're looking to live in The Shops of Legacy area, I would look into Legacy North first. It truly is a beautiful community.
