Great buying experience with Leif Johnson Ford! I don't look forward to the experience of visiting car dealerships. I was in the market for a new truck and reach out to a couple of dealerships with what I was looking for. The largest dealership in the Austin area consistently had mark-ups over sticker on all their trucks and once engaged, never followed back up with me. I've never had a finer truck buying experience in my life and I've bought many vehicles in my 63 years.. My salesman Ron was is an excellent example of what customer service should be and took care of everything I needed for the purchase of my used; (new to me); vehicle. Everybody from Jason in sales management to the finance team were awesome as well.. I drove from Dallas to Austin for the transaction and was well worth the extra travel time. They will be my 1st choice for buying my next ride.. Rich M
Enjoyed the opportunity to work with Tim Jacobs in securing a new Bronco. Even though it took a little longer than I would have liked, Tim, did a great job keeping me informed of where the manufacturing stood and he went above and beyond to get me in the truck once it arrived.
