After adamantly telling me my trade in was only valued at 20K, they turned around and listed it for 31K. Very questionable business practice. I understand being in business to turn a profit, but deception shouldn’t be baked into the business plan. Because of that, I would never recommend Leif Johnson Ford to my family or friends. I received a call from the general manager concerning my posting and we had a very productive conversation during which she explained what had happened and expressed concern about my perception of how that part of the process had disappointed me. The people. There are amazing. They went through everything. They could to get me the best deal on my new s. U. V and on my car insurance.
