This was really pretty pleasant. I found a used F150 online and wanted to trade my used RT for it, straight up. They found a way to make it work. They took good care of me, and were very communicative. There is no real avoiding a lengthy stay at a dealer when you are making this kind of purchase, but they make it bearable. Friendly people, knowledgeable and courteous.
The easiest car buying experience I have ever had. It was 9 months from start to finish (Bronco), but it was easy, transparent, and not time consuming.
