I found them knowledgeable, honest, helpful and transparent about prices and all expectations. I met with salesmen at Leif Johnson and their two competitors in Austin to get a feeling for the people and the dealerships before placing an order for my 2022 Ford Maverick. I usually dread having to go to a car dealership but I cannot recommend Leif Ford enough. They were very fast responding to my online inquiry. They were very timely with updates and letting me know the expedition had arrived at the dealership. Thomas was very nice and had everything ready to go at the appointment time we scheduled.
