My sales person was honest and helpful. This dealership allowed 7 days to return a used car, but I kept and am very happy with my purchase. They auction your trade in and you can see buyers bid on it. I got $2,500 more on my trade in that a different Ford dealership offered me. Very satisfied.
Seriously, the best experience I have ever had buying a car from a dealer. While I don't remember all the names, everyone was just fantastic ... no pressure, just trying to work with us to get what we wanted. I do want to give a big shout out for Drew Field. Trade in and new purchase were both quick and efficient. Unlike.many dealerships did not tack on additional charges. Salesman and admin staff were helpful.

After Ford's delays and chip holds, the sticker price of the truck went up significantly, not to mention NASTY "market adjustment" markups you're seeing at lots of other dealerships (*cough* *maxwell ford* *cough*). Tim got our truck all ready, and honored the original price from our order as well as the promotional interest rate! We love our truck and will be shopping with Leif Johnson again for sure.
