When buying the truck Nick was great any problem I had he made it a priority to get IOU’s for me. My problem with my experience has nothing to do with him. I had a terrible experience when I came in for one of those IOU’s which was a very, very simple task of just telling me if the back up camera was working or not. Fareed went above and beyond to get me the exact vehicle I was seeking. He found a car the same color with the option package I wanted then picked up my car from a sister dealership and delivered the vehicle to me! He was very professional and extremely patient. He explained all the cool features of my automobile and ensured I understood everything before I drove off the lot. The whole closing finance process took a little under an hour.
