Can not say enough great things about Shane and his impeccable customer service. Although the used vehicle we were looking at didn't end up being the right fit, Shane went above and beyond answering all of our questions and requests, all of which took place at the convivences of our own home. Thomas Almaraz was amazing! He brought my new truck to me 2 hours away, same day! I reached out to him on some other vehicles I was looking to get for my bf and son and he even helped me on his day off! Grayson, did an outstanding job working with our firm, Were glad to be working with there staff and hope to keep getting fair pricing as we purchase about 2-3 vehicles every 2-3 years and it's nice to walk in and pick a vehicle and walk out with-in a hour as our time is very important to us. This is my second purchase with LJ Ford. On both occasions I had the pleasure of working with Leo. He is fantastic! I was looking for a new to me truck. Found what I wanted at Leif johnson. My sales man Ruben was awesome in helping me through the process.
Thomas was easy to work with and answered all my questions. Sent me videos of the truck I was interested and worked around my schedule for purchase, even stayed late after close to make sure I was squared away. Awesome salesman and would buy again from him!
