I've bought two cars here since moving to Austin and both have been at this dealership. Customer service has been top notch each time I've been here. Just bought a 2023 Ford Explorer a few weeks ago and I love it. My salesperson Felician went above and beyond for me even when I thought I wasn't going to get what I wanted. He took care of me and I left happy with my new ride
I didn’t find anything at your south Austin location, truck center but they sent me up to your Austin location off of airport and I met Up with the salesman there that Steve sent me up with, and he helped me right along with what I wanted. It was a nice smooth process all the way down through the negotiation.

Austin was very professional and kept me up to date on the status of my Bronco as it was transferred to the dealership for review. He provided quick correspondence whenever I had a question and kept me informed throughout every stage of the buying process, which made the entire experience very stress free. I appreciated his politeness and willingness to address all concerns, even outside of his working hours (which was not an expectation on my end).
