Wonderful overall experience. Car was shipped to the dealer where when it was time to sign the paperwork everything was done via email text or call and I only needed to spent a total of 30 minutes in the dealership signing paperwork. Thank you Thomas!

I purchased a 2020 Ford Explorer from Eduardo, and unfortunately, shortly after, I encountered several faults related to the all-wheel drive system. Bernon was a great salesman! He was thorough in his actions and had a calm and cool demeanor. Once we were approved we headed over to the finance department where we were greeted and waited on within an hour. The finance manager walked us through our options and helped us get the best deal to help on keeping our vehicle maintained and safe. The dealership has a great group of employees and managers. I rented two cars to test drive while determining the fate of my 2013 Escape. I was looking for good gas mileage and decided that the Explorer and Edge were good cars with a lot of whistles and bells, but I went with the 2023 Escape Platnimum with EcoBoost and after a test drive with the salesmen, I was ready to make a purchase.
