The dealership has a great group of employees and managers. I rented two cars to test drive while determining the fate of my 2013 Escape. I was looking for good gas mileage and decided that the Explorer and Edge were good cars with a lot of whistles and bells, but I went with the 2023 Escape Platnimum with EcoBoost and after a test drive with the salesmen, I was ready to make a purchase. I have always been happy with both Tom Bob and the rest of the supporting cast.
My experience was not so favorable. Communication has not been the best for simple things to be done and when the vehicle should arrive. I am still waiting to get my new vehicle.
