Leo has been great from the original sale to the buyout of the lease. When I bought the Fusion it was during the Covid-19 shutdown. I told him what I was looking for and he found it about 2 months for a price that was great. The car was delivered to me, so I have never even met Leo. Delivering to me sight unseen was acceptable to me because I was replacing an identical car that was 3 years older, so I knew it well. Leo also handled most of the buyout this year. All the employees @ Leif Ford helped me afford & obtain my new Lightning F-150. A recall on the one I ordered wasn't yet corrected & they found another truck & picked it up for me. The 1.9% financing Ford promised & I wanted, expired a few days before my truck was available. They knocked an extra $1K off to help me.
