Sayed and Andres were awesome. They were very helpful and courteous answering all of our questions and convinced us to get the car from them. We are very pleased with their professionalism and services.
The Leif Johnson dealership sales personnel were extremely good; personable, transparent, responsive and honest, especially Blake and Tim who were outstanding. I disliked the final conversation with finance trying to sell me all sorts of insurance ad-ons. Why not simply send an email to each client asking if they are interested in purchasing these products?
Austin is a very nice young salesman who sold us a used 2020 Jeep Cherokee for my 16 year old daughter. Before making the commitment to test drive the vehicle, he did a video walk around of the exterior and interior. When we were satisfied with that, he drove the Jeep to our house for a test drive. I was impressed with his knowledge of the Jeep since he’s a Ford salesman.
