I had an extremely easy car buying experience with Leif Johnson, but specifically Tom Bobb! He was beyond wonderful to work with as he asked me what I was looking for and delivered above and beyond. Our 2023 Bronco purchase experience was very smooth and hassle free. I did not feel any pressure to purchase on dealer schedule. Leo Light was very insightful on options and patient throughout. I have purchased several cars from Leif Johnson Ford. I’ve also utilize their service department both for maintenance and warranty repair work. Tom Bob is hands-down, the best automobile sales person in the city of Austin. He listens, he understands value, and he is literally the least pushy person you’ll ever interact with. He’s very patient and took his Time to find me exactly what I was looking for as I can be very picky. I will never buy from another dealership nor another sales Person.
