The Leif Johnson dealership sales personnel were extremely good; personable, transparent, responsive and honest, especially Blake and Tim who were outstanding. I disliked the final conversation with finance trying to sell me all sorts of insurance ad-ons. Why not simply send an email to each client asking if they are interested in purchasing these products?
Austin is a very nice young salesman who sold us a used 2020 Jeep Cherokee for my 16 year old daughter. Before making the commitment to test drive the vehicle, he did a video walk around of the exterior and interior. When we were satisfied with that, he drove the Jeep to our house for a test drive. I was impressed with his knowledge of the Jeep since he’s a Ford salesman. Its always a pleasure to deal with Felician, I bought my first new truck from him in 1996, This was my youngest daughters first new car.
When my car got totaled in the hail storm in September, I was on the market for a new car and Austin made sure I had a smooth experience. He helped me make an informed decision and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in. Ryan helped me finance the vehicle and helped me select the best coverage plans for my vehicle. In the end I am very happy with the deal I received!! Casey Null is an excellent sales person. He took the time to explain all aspects of the truck. Ryan Fisher is my favorite finance manager ever. He helped so much, I wouldnt have have done this without his expert assistance. Wesley in Accessories was helpful as well.

Great experience dealing with a car with a difficult-to-diagnose electrical problem (Ford and dealer stood behind product). Repaired old car, gave us a fair trade-in and good deal on a new Escape. It is the eighth car we've bought for our family at Lief Johnson and we'll be back again in the future!
