Sayed was great. Shortly after buying the car we noticed a clicking sound after turning the engine off and the window on drivers side making a squeaky sound every time you roll the window up/down. Will now have to go back to dealership to get those issues resolved and get an extra key as vehicle only came with one.

Leo has been great from the original sale to the buyout of the lease. When I bought the Fusion it was during the Covid-19 shutdown. I told him what I was looking for and he found it about 2 months for a price that was great. The car was delivered to me, so I have never even met Leo. Delivering to me sight unseen was acceptable to me because I was replacing an identical car that was 3 years older, so I knew it well. Leo also handled most of the buyout this year.
