Found my vehicle on their website. After confirming by phone it was available, I test drove and purchased the vehicle. Tim Jacobs was great in facilitating the whole process to include coordinating installation of accessories once parts came in. Finance department was up front that they could not match the interest rate of my bank and there was no pressure to finance through the dealership.
