Seriously, the best experience I have ever had buying a car from a dealer. While I don't remember all the names, everyone was just fantastic ... no pressure, just trying to work with us to get what we wanted. I do want to give a big shout out for Drew Field. We went in hoping to get a new / used fleet truck ... and in LARGE part due to how Drew handle the fact that there were no fleet trucks available, we walked out with a fully tricked-out Rocky Ridge F150. Everyone from sales to finance manager made the entire process painless and quick. From initial discussion to drive off was only a few hours
Trade in and new purchase were both quick and efficient. Unlike.many dealerships did not tack on additional charges. Salesman and admin staff were helpful.
Good sales and service staff. Provided transportation after dropping off my vehicle and then picking me up after it was completed. Wanted my business not just lip service.
Tim took care of us so well! After Ford's delays and chip holds, the sticker price of the truck went up significantly, not to mention NASTY "market adjustment" markups you're seeing at lots of other dealerships (*cough* *maxwell ford* *cough*). Tim got our truck all ready, and honored the original price from our order as well as the promotional interest rate! We love our truck and will be shopping with Leif Johnson again for sure.
When buying the truck Nick was great any problem I had he made it a priority to get IOU’s for me. My problem with my experience has nothing to do with him. I had a terrible experience when I came in for one of those IOU’s which was a very, very simple task of just telling me if the back up camera was working or not. I brought the truck in at 9:30am, I didn’t leave until 1pm because no one communicated that I was at the dealership waiting to for this simple fix.
