The oil change and inspection I came for did get done, but two other things came up as needing service — replacing an air filter and something else — did NOT get done even though I did the online form saying yes please do these other two things, so that was disappointing. I now have to bring my car in a second time. Also, I had a “service tire mobility kit” light on, so I wanted the kit SERVICED, but the tech ask me “do you want it replaced or just the light turned off?” I answered that I wanted it SERVICED. My sales person was honest and helpful. This dealership allowed 7 days to return a used car, but I kept and am very happy with my purchase. They auction your trade in and you can see buyers bid on it. I got $2,500 more on my trade in that a different Ford dealership offered me. Very satisfied.
