I appreciated the customer service. I was able to be approved in just a couple days due to the holiday. But I remember I received my money a day earlier than expected. This was very helpful! I paid off a credit card bill and took my 3 kids on our first family trip. I do believe you can make additional payments to repay. Get a letter in the mail offering $11000 debt consolidation "loan". Go to website, get "approved" BUT they have to talk to you to complete the "transaction". Then a smooth talking salesman convinces you to agree for them to "fix" your debt. They don't pay off the loans. They treat it like you are unable to pay your debt, and they contact your lenders as such. Bait and switch is too mild a term for what these scam artist do. HOW IS THIS LEGAL!
