No. This company gets your ssn and Bd and info. Letter says PRE-QUALIFIED. No and No.
I received a call and a quote, but my representative seemed super sketchy and asked for my routing number right away. Also, many of these reviews seem to be sent one after the other, so I dont trust whats being said (especially ones with spelling mistakes).
