GimmickyWatch out! Lending Tower sent me a great personalized offer in the mail where I would get $85,000 for 5 years paying between $5 and $6k in interest in total which looked great since we started remodeling right when inflation shot up our credit card rates. I have never missed a payment in my 30 years as a credit holder, have a pension, full time job for 30 years in the same company, a husband with a ripe 401k, full time job in the finance industry and a home thats worth 500k more than what we owe.
