The Mortgage approval process that I went through with KBH/KBHS on my own experience was unprecedented. There were times that giving up is the only “solution”. However, Lesley had displayed amount of patience, perseverances, and hard work, hence, along with the concerted effort of other people involved in the long and tedious process, she was able to pull it through.
