Average steak house with $75 per person tab for a split entire and 2 glasses of wine.
Thanksgiving Day meal at 2:00pm. The service was slow. The turkey and sides were barely lukewarm. The cheese and fruit appetizer was very good. The salad was good, but the rollers and gravy didn't arrive until we were halfway through the meal. The cheesecake dessert were just average.
We wanted adult fine dining, coat and tie. The atmosphere was as expected. The quality of the food however was not equal to the prices charged. Service was impecable.
Service and presentation was very nice, and the lighting is good enough to read the menus. The bread was cold (even after sending it back twice), but the house made olive tapenade was wonderful. I would have preferred less brine on the Waygu patio cut, as what I could taste over the salt burn was wonderful and it was a wonderful consistency - they do know how to sear with the UV oven.
Our server never came back for most of the meal. Someone else basically took care of us. We were there for 3 hours. Missed the fireworks because it took so long. The food when we got it was great as always. But not sure what was going on with our server.
Service was slower than in our previous visits but we will be back.
Celebrated our 10th anniversary here and enjoyed our experience. The food and service was excellent and the staff even had some flowers at our table along with a delicious dessert with an extra “Happy Anniversary” written with delicious chocolate on our plate. Would highly recommend Level 2 and will most definitely re visit when back in Branson.
The young man that was our server was polished, polite and could answer all our questions regarding the menu and how items were prepared. He was attentive but not overly so. The food was very good, not outstanding but basically worth the $$$.
We were promptly seated in the lovely dining room. Tables are nicely spaced. Suzanne was efficient and friendly. She was knowledgeable about the menu. All the food came quickly and was a feast for the eye. We enjoyed two dinners here during our 6 night stay.
