Marsha is absolutely wonderful to work with! She helped my dad purchase a lift recliner a few months ago, and she made the experience so easy and enjoyable. When my mom told me she wanted new living room furniture, I brought her straight to Marsha at Levin in Mentor! She listened to my mom’s needs, offered suggestions and helped us find the perfect pieces. She is knowledgeable, very patient and genuinely a very nice, kind person. I will absolutely work with her again and highly recommend her!

Glad to get 10% off purple pillows but statement does not indicate both the regular price & the 10% off Salesman, Jeff did not tell me price except it was 10% off. Only when printed did I know the cost. Printer did not work. Moved to another printer, still some issues. Said cannot return once pillows removed from box. One box was torn already torn on the end. Salesman did carry the pillows to fr on for me. He was very courteous.

Bob at the Mentor location was absolutely fantastic. I communicated what I was looking, my price range and the style of sofa I was looking for and he accommodated me with many options. Not only was he professional and accommodating he was also outgoing and I thoroughly enjoyed the conversations we had. I don’t know how Levins salary structure is but this man deserves more money than whatever you are compensating him. I will be back again and I will look forward to asking for Bob again.

Very nicely greeted by Tim, who also assisted us later when we purchased two tables. We had come in to pay the balance on our sofa and set up a delivery. Everything went very well.
