Ok. No problems. On time
Salesman, Brian, I believe his name was, was very pleasant. However, 2 months for delivery of my chair is outrageous. I wish that Brian had been a little more forthcoming in explaining that the chair I tried out would be delivered quickly instead of waiting to tell me that the one in the color I asked for would take 2 months. I would have gone with the one in the store.
It had been 25 years since I had purchased my last mattress so I had no idea what I was looking for-I feel with the sale person, Marlene’s, expertise and the selection to “try” I found something that will be great for me-while a little more than I was really expecting to pay, I am very excited to get my new mattress and start sleeping better!,
Sandy was amazing! These purchases were last minute, & she helped me every step of the way by answering questions & walking me through my options. Looking forward to relaxing on my new & beautiful furniture!
Adam was our sales man. He was absolutely perfect. I am not a fan of shopping and dealing with Sales people. Adam addressed what our needs where. He directed us to the lay out of the store and let us just go and look. He checked in at perfect times. Did not hover and was very knowledgeable and informative about pieces we were liking at.
