Sandy was great. She welcomed us to the store and asked what we were looking for. After we told her what we were there to see, we told her that we just wanted to look around. She told us where we might find what we were looking for. She was not intrusive in any way. We later had a few questions for which she answered clearly. When we decided what to purchase, she was great at closing the deal and connecting with someone who would take our old loveseat to the tree lawn. Our sales rep, “DE”, was SO helpful and patient! We spent an appreciable amount of time looking at different mattress and bed frame options, but DE never pushed or displayed any impatience. We visited the store during a store wide sales event, so the pricing was very attractive. DE is very professional and knowledgeable, and we will recommend her to our friends!
