Our sales rep, “DE”, was SO helpful and patient! We spent an appreciable amount of time looking at different mattress and bed frame options, but DE never pushed or displayed any impatience. We visited the store during a store wide sales event, so the pricing was very attractive. DE is very professional and knowledgeable, and we will recommend her to our friends!

This was my third visit to the store for my purchase. Taylor Ruddy helped me. I told her what I needed and wanted and she took to exactly what I thought wanted for a couch and loveseat. However, I realized I had more restrictions in what I wanted and we pretty much went through the store and Taylor let me browse by myself with no pressure. Scott was fantastic! He was very knowledgeable and helpful as my wife is VERY indecisive. Great product. Huge selection at the Avon, Ohio store. I have to admit the prices gave me sticker shock but everything does these days. Store was clean and pleasant.
