Everything was good but I expected to have my old chair removed upon delivery of my new one. I was told they couldn't do that so it will influence my purchases in the future. The sales person was pleasant and helpful.

I had a great experience working with Reagan at Levin’s Furniture. Everyone was pleasant and helpful and fair. I spoke with 3 different people and they all presented a comfortable experience. I did shop around at mattress stores and chose Levin's because they were clearly the most prepared to meet my needs. I spoke initially to Will but as he was off today Bruce helped me.

My sales person was terrific. He went out of his way to explain everything, not only about the chairs, but also with the finances. you are lucky to have such a good employee.
