I'd give this 5 stars but our couch has not been successfully delivered yet. This rating simply reflects my experience after the first attempt of our couches failed. Katheryn Davis in the the company's shipping department went above and beyond to help orchestrate a second delivery. Through several phone calls back and fourth, Katheryn's professionalism, kindness and overall customer service never diminished. This review is more of thank you to her then anything else. No return policy posted in store for adjustable beds. Salesman didn’t mention that they were non refundable. Tried to use it for 5 days and have more pain in my back and hips than before. Tried to return it and spoke with the manager Steve who said he wasn’t returning it. No negotiations, gave us a corporate number which just goes to voicemail. No return call.
