Sales person was very knowledgeable and helpful. When the mattress and frame were delivered there was a problem with the adjustable frame, turns out a bolt was missing, and the problem was resolved with 24 hours.

I'd give this 5 stars but our couch has not been successfully delivered yet. This rating simply reflects my experience after the first attempt of our couches failed. Katheryn Davis in the the company's shipping department went above and beyond to help orchestrate a second delivery.
