My wife and I went to the store located on Golden Mile Highway, Monroeville PA. We met Chris who was our sales associate through our experience. Chris was very knowledgeable and helped us pick several pieces of furniture for our house. We chose a new king bed, sofa, and love seat and a kitchen table and chairs. Excellent customer service. Greeted me upon my arrival and immediately offered her services. She demonstrated knowledge of the products available and patiently explained and answered all my numerous questions. I was pleased with the service but somewhat disappointed with the delay in delivering the item purchased.
