From stepping into the.Levin monroeville store to delivery and setup in my home was exceptional. The texts and emails were a bit much but I was kept informed. Chuck my sales man was kind, patient and answered all my questions with no pressure sales. The delivery guys , for whom I felt sorry for, delivered in rain with no lift gate on truck nor lifting straps to help them. Couch was covered in plastic and very slippery plus wet from rain. My experience was positive in all ways. Excellent sales person. My only disappointment is how long until my purchase will be delivered: over two months.That seems excessive. Time is quite important to me! ML
