It’s all in your customer support. Cindy Austin is a wonderful Levin representative. She was knowledgeable, kind and considerate, she helped us and was patient with us. She made our shopping experience enjoyable. Most people are annoying but she let us browse.

Andrea answered our questions and we purchased on line for same day pick up. We had previously visited the store and she helped us browse all the recliners and there were quite a few. Great selection at great prices.
