My sales person was very knowledgeable and was fun to work with in selecting a new mattress This is the second time I have bought a mattress from Levin and each time the purchase process was enjoyable.
It’s all in your customer support. Cindy Austin is a wonderful Levin representative. She was knowledgeable, kind and considerate, she helped us and was patient with us. She made our shopping experience enjoyable. Most people are annoying but she let us browse.
