Elissa was great. Greeted me and I said I was looking for recliners. She showed me where they all were and gave me the space to try every one of them. Found my favorite and she arranged for it to be delivered a few days later. Was a wonderful experience to have a low pressure highly knowledgeable sales person who was kind and a fellow animal lover.
