Fantastic customer service!! We bought an electric recliner years ago from Levin Furniture, McMurray. It was used daily and shared with my granddaughter at times! We had purchased an extended warranty and the chair froze with the footrest up. We called Levin, they answered immediately. Promised to get back to us and they did within a day.
