Fantastic customer service!! We bought an electric recliner years ago from Levin Furniture, McMurray. It was used daily and shared with my granddaughter at times! We had purchased an extended warranty and the chair froze with the footrest up. We called Levin, they answered immediately. Promised to get back to us and they did within a day. Our experience was very pleasant and well informed as we learned the mechanics and differences of the recliners available. Our needs were to have the legs and back motions separate so one could sit up while feet were reclined. We tried several chairs and the salesmen went through the store looking for one to fit my mother’s needs and petite stature.
