I purchased furniture a year ago February. 2022 It was all special order. Several pieces came in within 3 months from Flexsteel. A couch and chair. I had several issues with the couch. But, because it was the manufactures warranty it all had to be repaired. Levin sent many service men to my home to have the work done. Unfortunately, Flexsteel sent wrong fabric, amongst other things. Repairs could not be complete for 8 months. They did end up taking it to the shop for a few days. The selection and showroom were beautiful. Paula was fantastic. She touched base with me when I first got there, and then gave me the respect and space allowing me to wander around.for quite a while too. I needed that. Then we both found each other and she help me finalize my purchase. We talked and life the entire time. We connected as humans which was awesome! I can’t wait to get my furniture. Nadine was very courteous and helpful. No issues at all. The only thing that I didn't like was $200 to deliver a 5ft TV stand. That's absurd. I'm picking it up myself.
